Business Designs have been established since 1997 and your satisfaction in the service we provide is of paramount importance.
There are two ways in which you can order.
- You can order over the internet using our Secure Server.
- If for whatever reason you feel unsure as to placing orders over the internet please call us on Freephone 0800 0197 309 and where you can discuss your order with a member of our Sales Team.
Generally, returns are only accepted on goods that are stocked. In this occurence, we need to be notfied of the cancellation within 7 days of order. If you excercise your right to cancel, your credit card will be refunded the full amount.
Products that are cancelled after order may be subject to a cancellation charge. This includes boardroom tables, receptions and some desks and chairs. Please check with us prior to order.
Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 2 working days, a member of sales team will contact you to confirm exact details of your order and appropriate lead times.
A member of our team will then contact you again approximately 5 working days before despatch of your order to confirm delivery arrangements.
The Difference Between Delivery / Delivery & Installation
For certain products, we quote "Delivery Only" and "Delivery &Installation.
"Delivery Only" is where we simply deliver the goods to Ground Floor of your premises. You will then need to take the product to its required location and unpack it. Some assembly may then be required. For more information on any specific product, call our sales office on 0800 0197 309.
"Delivery & Installation", we will deliver the product to a ground floor location (or to first floor or more if suitable lift access is available) and assemble the product. We will then dispose of all packaging.
All pricing quoted is for the UK Mainland.
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to levy a small order charge. If this is the case, our sales team will notify you prior to your order being accepted.
